An Caitín Beag

An Caitín Beag has been making silver jewellery for a long time now, and knitting for even longer. I'm combining these by making amazing knitterly (and some not-so-knitterly) jewellery and accessories.

An Caitín Beag is Irish for The Little Small Cat. I'm Irish, and while I'm no longer very fluent I do love the way that words are put together. Neither of my lanky/chubby cats can be described as little small cats anymore.

All the larger items I create are hallmarked by the London Assay Office with my maker's mark. The buttons and stitch markers are way below the silver weight limit and hallmarking them would up the price a lot - but get in touch if you'd really like the stamp on yours.
