WHY HITCHIN?

Hitchin is a beautiful, historic market town in North Hertfordshire whose prosperity was attributed to the wool trade in the 17th century and boosted further when it became a staging post for those travelling to and from London.

The Market place is cobbled and surrounded by old traditional buildings dating back to the 15th century and you may recognise it from the recent BBC hit Dr Foster.
