Using a small tapestry frame and a wide variety of interesting yarns and threads, Anna from Spinspired will teach you the basic techniques to create your own unique woven textile piece. Participants will be able to purchase a frame for a discounted price if they wish.
Dorset button posy brooch workshop. These beautiful little button brooches were popular in the 1940's and are delightful to make today. They also make really fancy buttons for clothing and other craft projects. Workshop includes materials and lasts about 1.5 - 2 hours. Taught by Jen Best, author of four Dorset button books and with countless button making hours under her belt.

They are lovely as seasonal coasters and if you make a selection, they look lovely sewn together and placed in the dining table as a festive table runner.
Jaqui will be bringing sparkly snowkissed yarns for the snowflakes, in white, Christmas red and Christmas green.
